I can only comment on the most recently built - Fordham. Looks and feels classy. Aesthetics looks better than the first five buildings; probably because Rockwell acquired the property before buildings 6 and 7 were being built. Even security of the building is heightened for Fordham (and future building 7). Guest parking or if you don't own a parking space will make you walk 1km just for paid communal parking of the entire East Bay Residences

A quiet, nice and friendly condominium to live in. I like the place and will recommend anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay to consider living here. It has a 24/7 working elevator and even a drying cage at the roof top. Pets are allowed, especially puppies (dogs). The car pack is also big and can accommodate quite a good number of cars. It has a Market Place for quick shopping, BDO Bank, Spa, Starbucks, Pan de Manila and a whole host of others. You don’t need to travel far for a service. East Bay has most of them.

Nice place thats peaceful, great location has starbucks, market for groceries and other retail shops. Also pool is great with a gym.

This place sucks!! Stay away, TOTAL rip off!!! I booked my stay through Agoda. They made me wait 3 hours for my check in. Upon getting there, I see that the grounds are very well kept. Then when I go into the tower, I see flies buzzing around, although I didn't see any reason why. I booked this through Agoda for $22USD per night. Once I got there, I needed a shower badly. I got to my room, went to take a shower, and there's no hot water. I checked the bathroom sink, and there wasn't even water in that! I also didn't find it very safe having an electrical outlet above the shower head. Don't know who thought that was a great design! The kitchen sink would turn on, but also no hot water. I went downstairs to ask about all of this. They said that there is no hot water heater in the property, and that they don't advertise it on Agoda so they don't have to provide it. They also charge extra for the WiFi. Agoda doesn't say that there's free WiFi, but it does list "Shower" under amenities. I told them that I wanted to cancel, and they told me that they are going to charge me 1,600PHP ($30.63) for staying there for 30 minutes tops. I paid $22 a night.
